sneeze

今日私は10回くしゃみをし、彼女は1回した。私の方は鼻風邪確定だろうな。

Today I sneeze 10 times and she sneezes once. I'm sure I have a nasal cold.

睡眠不足からの免疫力低下、そして熱はないので寝るのが1番なんだけど、寝られる環境でも寝られないのよね。脳が起きてる。働かないけど。

I have weakened immunity due to lack of sleep, and I don't have a fever, so it's best to sleep, but I can't sleep even in a sleeping environment. The brain is awake. It doesn't work though.

こういうのは感染するのかな。鼻噛んだ手で触ってしまいそうな生活だけど。

I wonder if this kind of thing is infected. It's a life that I'm likely to touch with my nose-biting hand.
