妬みは見下した相手にしかしない。上の立場の人へは憧れになるから。そんな人達いたな。

Envy is the only one who looks down. I'm going to admire the person in the upper position. There were such people.

人の性格の決めつける人はその人をコントロールしやすくするため。そのことで優位に立ちやすくなる。もしそうされたら、だから？と言ったり、大袈裟に肯定してみせる。

A person who decides a person's personality makes it easier to control that person. That makes it easier to take advantage.  If that happens, you say just so what? or exaggerately affirm what was said.

そんな人達は天邪鬼だから彼らはあなたの言ったことを否定したくなるだろう。距離を置くのが一番。

They're devils, so they'll want to deny you. It is best to keep a distance.
