寝不足も湿度と生暖かさでダルい一日。常夏の子育ては大変だ。

薄着でも赤ちゃんの汗をよく感じるから、床の涼しさを堪能してもらった。

散歩のできる夕方からが私の本調子かもしれない。夫は仕事漬け。
