lack of sleep

昨日の夜は2時間ごとの授乳で寝不足だった。この1週間はこんな感じ。

Last night I was short of sleep because of breastfeeding every two hours. It's been like this for the past week.

そして彼女の寝息は大人並みだし、小さい泣き声でもずっと気になる。 

And her sleep is like that of an adult, and even a small crying has always been anxious.

大きくなって寝相も悪くなったらと思うと覚悟がいる。

I'm prepared to grow up and worsen my sleep.
