House picnic

天気が良いから日向でランチ。ピザが安くて美味しい。

It's sunny, so we have lunch in the sun. The pizza is cheap and delicious.

何をするでもないけど、ミルクで規則正しく起きている割には私の体重も減ってきている。赤ちゃんがダンベル代わりなのかな。

Nothing to do, but I'm losing weight for the regular waking milk. Is the baby a substitute for dumbbells?

後は骨盤が締まればな。散歩日和だけどまだ不安な情勢だ。

All I have to do is tighten my pelvis. It's a nice day for a walk, but I'm still anxious.
