She has become accustomed to eating baby food twice a day. And the poo became an adult.

彼女が力んで見えなかったけど、しっかり腹筋を鍛えていたのかな。

I couldn't see her energetically, but I guess she was training her abs.

頑張って１日2回出ただけで偉い。
