今更ながらこの邦題の本を読んだ。20年ほど前のものだけど、変わらず親子の思いが綴られている。

I read this book with the Japanese title. It's about 20 years ago, but the thoughts of parents and children are still spelled out.

私が子供の時にお母さんだった人たちがが私と同じことを考え頑張っていた思うと、不思議な気持ちになる。当たり前なのに。

It's strange to think that the people who were moms when I was a kid were thinking and working hard like me. It's natural.

想いが強くて、難しい言葉ではないのに休みながら読んだ。何年後にも指標になると思う。

I had a strong feeling, and although it wasn't a difficult word, I read it while taking a break. I think it will be an indicator in many years.
