Calf

ふくらはぎが第二の心臓らしい。足の裏かと思ってた。血液を流すポンプの筋肉は偉大だ。

The calf seems to be the second heart. I thought it was the sole of my foot. The muscles of the pump that pumps blood are great.

彼女の足も筋肉とは裏腹に未だに上手く活用出来ずに地団駄を座りながらふんでいる。

Contrary to her muscles, her legs are still not able to be used well and she is sitting on the ground.

足腰は歳をとってからも過酷に使っていかないとだな。

I have to use my legs and waist harshly even after I get old.
