おしりが荒れてたのがオムツが合わないのかウンチが緩いのかわからない。

I don't know if the ass was rough or the diaper didn't fit or the poop was loose.

昨日は彼女の足が注射で青紫色でかわいそうだった。

Yesterday her feet were blue-purple and poor at injections.

湿疹を心配したりずっと私はそうゆうもんなのかも。

I'm worried about eczema and maybe I'm always so.

たとえ些細なことでも当たり前の健康はないのか。運命で片付くのか。
