たった3時間に満たない面会でもずっと起きてた。

She had been awake for less than three hours.

手足をバタバタ動かして、起きながらミルクも飲んだ。オムツも3回変えるほど活発だ。

She fluttered her limbs and drank milk while awake.

The diapers are so active that they change three times.

それだけで元気なんだと思えるし、成長を感じる。

It just feels good and feels growing.
